Spring Concert Photos Wanted

Congratulations to all 4th and 5th grade students for putting on a fabulous Spring Concert performance last night!  Both Mrs. Rzasa and I were extremely happy that everyone’s hard work paid off to become a magically musical night! Our artist -in-residence Jermey Cohen was very impressed with all of the performances, and hopes to come back and work with us again in the future.  It was a great night for Pine Glen!

Unfortunately, my camera wasn’t working properly and I don’t have many photos of this wonderful night!  I am trying to create a photo collage that will eventually be hung in the lobby of the school, commemorating the African Drumming residency and performance.  If you are willing to share your photos with me I would greatly appreciate it!  Please e-mail them to agati@burlington.mec.edu.

Thank you and congratulations again to all who participated!

Spring Concert on April 28th

Spring Concert 2010!

Dear Parents,

Once again the 4th and 5th grade chorus and band are rehearsing for their annual Spring Concert.  The concert will take place on April 28th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Pine Glen School Cafeteria.

Students should be dressed in black pants or skirts and wearing a solid color top.  Any color of the rainbow is alright, as long as there is no writing or logos on the front of the shirt.

The Art and Technology night is also this evening, and will begin at 6:00 p.m.  Students in the concert should proceed to their warm-up area at 6:45. They will then line up in preparation for the concert.  Band students should make sure to have their instrument and music.

We are looking forward to putting on a great performance!  I hope to see you all there!  Please give me a call if you have any questions or concerns!
