Last Friday on September 10,Pine Glen held its annual Heroes Assembly to honor our local first responders, veterans, and active duty members of the armed forces. We also remembered Thomas McGuiness, a former Pine Glen Student who died on September 11, 2001. All of the students, but especially our fifth graders, worked very hard to prepare this assembly so early in the school year.
